Product Description

Penta Sodium Salt of DTPMPA-Na5 is the pentasodium salt of diethylene triamine penta(methylene phosphonic acid), supplied as an umber transparent liquid. It is primarily used in water-treatment systems as a scale and corrosion inhibitor for circulating cooling water and boiler water. DTPMPA-Na5 also provides chelating and stabilizing properties and is applicable in textile processing, pigment dispersion, papermaking, electroplating, concrete formulations, fertilizers, and selected cosmetic applications.
