PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Product Description
DOP 99% Dioctyl Phthalate is a phthalate-based plasticizer supplied as a transparent oily liquid. The referenced commercial grade provides a minimum content of 99% and is intended for selected plastics, PVC, rubber, coatings, cable compounds, and related industrial polymer applications.
The material is practically insoluble in water and is compatible with a range of organic media. Its plasticizing functionality supports flexibility and processing characteristics in suitable polymer systems.
The referenced quality specification controls appearance, content, density, color, and refractive index. However, the RawChem product page contains an identity inconsistency between its CAS number and EINECS number, so the exact phthalate identity should be confirmed against the actual supplier COA and Safety Data Sheet before final commercial publication.
Because phthalate plasticizers may be subject to significant application-specific regulatory restrictions, final suitability should be evaluated according to the intended end use, destination market, supplier documentation, and applicable regulatory requirements.

STORAGE & HANDLING
Handling Guidance
Store and handle the material in accordance with the supplier-specific Safety Data Sheet and applicable workplace chemical-safety requirements.
Maintain the product in properly identified and compatible commercial packaging and protect it from contamination and conditions that may adversely affect product quality.
Because the exact substance identity in the RawChem reference is inconsistent, transport classification, occupational controls, storage compatibility, disposal requirements, and regulatory status should be confirmed from the actual PBL supplier documentation before commercial release.
Generic website information should not replace the supplier SDS, COA, or application-specific regulatory assessment.
