Product Description

Food Grade TKPP 98% Tetra Potassium Pyrophosphate is a white powdered potassium phosphate compound with high water solubility and an alkaline aqueous solution. TKPP is produced through thermal dehydration of potassium hydrogen phosphate and is hygroscopic when exposed to air. It is used for its emulsifying, chelating, dispersing, buffering, and quality-improving properties. Its applications include food processing, detergent and cleaning formulations, paints, surface-treatment systems, and other industrial processes where alkaline buffering and metal-ion control are required.
