PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Product Description

Chelating Agent Tetra Sodium Salt of HEDP is the tetrasodium salt of HEDP and is supplied in both liquid and solid forms. The liquid grade is a colorless to yellowish transparent liquid, while the solid grade is a white water-soluble powder. HEDPS provides chelating, scale-inhibition, and corrosion-inhibition properties and can form stable complexes with metal ions such as iron, copper, and zinc. It is used in circulating cooling-water systems, low- and medium-pressure boiler systems, industrial cleaning, detergent applications, dyeing processes, and non-cyanide electroplating.
